This is Subject Delta, and he really dosn't look like a good guy does he? Anyways, seeing as how awsome Delta is I've decided to create a costume of him, and it's not going to be easy. I've spent the last few months gathering pics of Delta, and even bought a sweet action figure to model my costume off of. I hope to have my costume finished by Halloweeen, because hey who doesn't love the free candy? If I can I think it might be fun to participate in a costume contest, and mabey even wear it to comic con next summer, but that's all in future so until then it's all hard work.
